These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Intellobe ("Service"), operated by Intellobe ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Intellobe, you agree to these Terms.
Note: Items marked [OWNER REVIEW REQUIRED] require confirmation from the business owner or legal counsel before these Terms are finalized and presented to paying customers.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Intellobe is a customer intelligence application that uses AI to generate Customer Maps and Sourcing Maps based on information you provide about a product or company. The Service is designed to help you identify and understand potential customer segments.
3. Subscription and Billing
Free Plan
Intellobe offers a Free plan with limited Customer Map creation. Free plan limits are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Founding Member Subscription
The Founding Member plan is available at $23 per month. By subscribing, you authorize Intellobe to charge your payment method $23 per month until you cancel.
Subscription Terms:
- • Billed monthly, automatically renews each month
- • Cancel anytime through your Stripe billing portal (accessible from your account)
- • Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period — you retain access until that date
- • Your saved Customer Maps and research are not deleted when your subscription ends
- • After cancellation, your account returns to the Free plan and its applicable limits
Founding Member Price Protection
The $23/month Founding Member price is locked for qualifying active Founding Member subscriptions while the subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel and later resubscribe after your original subscription has ended, the Founding Member price is not automatically guaranteed and will depend on the pricing available at that time.
Refund Policy

4. AI-Generated Information and Limitations
Intellobe uses AI to generate Customer Maps and Sourcing Maps. AI-generated content is not verified fact. All generated content — including customer segments, sourcing channels, confidence labels, and research suggestions — is speculative and based on the information you provide. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.
You are solely responsible for verifying any information generated by Intellobe before acting on it. Intellobe does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular business purpose.
The KNOWN / ASSUMED / UNKNOWN / ACTION framework in Intellobe is a research methodology tool. "Known" in this context means "supported by available evidence based on your inputs," not independently verified fact.
5. Your Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
You agree to use Intellobe only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- • Submit confidential, proprietary, personally identifiable, or customer-protected information into Intellobe
- • Use automated scripts, bots, or other automated means to generate excessive numbers of Customer Maps or make excessive API requests
- • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or subscription entitlements
- • Access or attempt to access another user's data, maps, or account
- • Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or its infrastructure
- • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
"Unlimited Customer Maps" for Founding Members means unlimited maps for normal human use. Automated or excessive generation that creates undue load on the Service or its AI providers is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
6. User Data and Ownership
You retain ownership of the research inputs you submit to Intellobe. By submitting inputs, you grant Intellobe a limited license to process that information to provide the Service to you.
Generated Customer Maps and Sourcing Maps are produced by AI based on your inputs. You may use generated content for your own business purposes. Intellobe does not claim ownership of your generated maps.
7. Intellectual Property
The Intellobe application, its design, methodology, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Intellobe and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Intellobe's trademarks, logos, or proprietary methodology outside of using the Service as intended.
8. Account Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive use of the Service, or for other reasons at our discretion with reasonable notice where practicable.

10. Limitation of Liability
