1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name. This information is used to authenticate you and associate your work with your account.
Research Information You Submit
To generate Customer Maps, you voluntarily submit information about a product or company, your current customer hypothesis, your role, and your goals. You may also optionally provide a website URL. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, personally identifiable, or customer-protected information.
Generated and Saved Content
Intellobe generates Customer Maps and Sourcing Maps based on your inputs. This generated content, along with the inputs that produced it, is saved to your account so you can access it later.
Usage Information
We collect usage events such as maps created, features accessed, and PDF exports. These events are associated with your authenticated user ID and are used to understand how the product is being used and to improve it.
Payment Information
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Intellobe does not store your credit card number or full payment card details. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status to manage your access. Stripe's privacy policy governs how Stripe handles your payment information.

3. Third-Party Service Providers
Intellobe uses the following third-party services to operate:
Supabase
Database, authentication, and backend infrastructure. Your account data, maps, and usage events are stored in Supabase.
OpenAI
AI generation of Customer Maps and Sourcing Maps. Your research inputs are sent to OpenAI to generate map content. OpenAI's data usage policies apply to this processing.
Stripe
Payment processing for Founding Member subscriptions. Stripe handles all payment card data. Intellobe does not store card numbers.

4. Data Isolation and Security
Each user's data is isolated. Your Customer Maps, Sourcing Maps, research, and account information are only accessible to you when authenticated. We use Supabase Row Level Security to enforce this at the database level.

5. Data Retention
Your account data and saved Customer Maps are retained while your account is active. If you cancel a paid subscription, your saved research and maps are not deleted — you retain access to previously saved content under the Free plan.

6. Your Rights
